San Jose: The San Jose Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying and locating the commercial burglary suspects shown in the video.

Video surveillance from two separate burglaries indicate that the same suspects who smashed glass and burglarized a local convenience store returned approximately 6 1/2 months later to once again smash the store-front glass to AGAIN burglarize the store.

On 06/29/2015, at 1:07 AM, a burglary occurred at the Stop N Save located at 1626 E. Capitol Expwy.  The four suspects smashed the exterior window to gain entry.  Suspects 1 and 2 made entry while suspects 3 and 4 stood outside as look-outs.  The suspects stole cigarettes, lottery tickets and alcohol.

Then again on 01/13/2016, at approximately 6:30 AM, the suspect entered the store after breaking the store-front glass and stole merchandise.

The suspect fled through the front door and into a white Mercedes waiting in the parking lot just as the owner arrived to open the store.  Another unknown suspect was driving the Mercedes and crashed the vehicle into a tree in the parking lot.  Both suspects ran from the disabled vehicle.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Sergeant Mike Montonye #3071 of the San Jose Police Department's Burglary Unit at (408) 277-4401.

Persons wishing to remain anonymous may either call the Crime Stoppers Tip Line, (408) 947-STOP (7867), or click the "Submit a Tip" link below.
