SJPD has arrested Coach for Annoying or Molesting a Child under 18 Years of Age

Suspect: Nguyen
San Jose: The San Jose Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) / Child Exploit Detail (CED) task force arrested 21 year old San Jose resident Loc Nguyen for Penal Code 647.6 (a) - Annoying or Molesting a Child under 18 years of age (Misdemeanor).
The suspect, who is the Assistant Badminton Coach at San Jose High School, had an inappropriate relationship with a student enrolled at the school.  The suspect was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the suspect was involved in an inappropriate dating relationship with a 15 year old male student.

San Jose Police Department's ICAC / CED Task Force conducted follow-up investigation and determined the above listed offense was alleged to have been committed by suspect Nguyen.  On April 27, 2016, the suspect was located and arrested at San Jose High School.
