San Jose: On Saturday, April 30, 2016, at 12:46 AM, San Jose Police officers responded to the 1700 block of Indigo Oak Ln. in San Jose on a report of a person shot. Officers arrived and located the victim inside the residence suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced deceased a short time later. The victim's husband, suspect James Nallan, was arrested and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for murder. There are no outstanding suspects. The motive is still under investigation.
