UPDATE: SJPD Arrested Two Suspects For 10-24-15 Homicide

**UPDATE: 5-16-16**

Follow-up investigation revealed Suspect Nathan Nai Fong Saechao and Suspect Manh Do Van Tran as the persons responsible for this homicide. Suspect Saechao was arrested on 5-15-16 in Oakland, CA. Suspect Tran was arrested on 5-12-16 in San Jose. Both suspects were booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for murder. No additional details will be provided about this investigation.  

San Jose: On Saturday, October 24, 2015, at 1:54 a.m., San Jose Police Officers responded to the 1500 block of Monterey Rd. on a report of firearms discharged. Officers arrived and located the victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. The suspect(s) have not been identified or apprehended.
