**UPDATE: 6-9-16**

After follow-up investigation, San Jose Police identified and arrested Suspect Heriberto Quintana and Santiago Gonzalez in connection with the above listed homicide. Quintana and Gonzalez were arrested on Wednesday June 8, 2016, in San Jose. Quintana and Gonzalez were booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for murder. No additional details will be provided about the investigation.  

San Jose:      

On Sunday, June 5, 2016, at 2:46 PM, San Jose Police officers responded the area of N. 26th Street and Julian Street on a report of a person down in the street. Officers arrived and located the victim laying on the street suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced deceased at a local area hospital a short time later. There is no suspect information available at this time.
