San Jose:   On Thursday, July 28, 2016 at approximately 10:04 P.M., officers respond to the area of Willow Street and First Street on a report of a person shot..  Upon arrival officers located an adult male, later identified as Moglen, who was suffering from at least one gunshot wound.  The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. 

The San Jose Police Homicide Unit responded to the scene and took over the investigation.  The motive/circumstances surrounding the death are under investigation.  No suspects have been identified or apprehended.

This is the City's 29th homicide of 2016.
