SJPD arrests child molestation suspect who was acting as a language tutor

San Jose, Calif. - The San Jose Police Department’s Megan’s Law Unit has arrested a suspect for several counts of child molestation.  In June 2015, the suspect Reeves was acting as a language tutor to a 15 year old female in the San Jose area.  Between October 2015 and April 2016, the suspect is alleged to have engaged in a sexual relationship with the victim on several occasions.  The Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office filed 10 counts of 288(c)(1) PC-Child  Molestation (Felony)  and 3 counts of 288(b)(2)-Child Molestation (Felony).  Reeves was in custody on an unrelated charge.

Detectives are seeking additional help from the public.
