Homicide Investigation 11-3-16: Capitol Park, 2500 Bambi Lane

San Jose: On Thursday, November 3, 2016, at 6:36 PM, San Jose Police Officers responded to Capitol Park, located at 2500 Bambi Lane on a report of shots fired. Arriving officers discovered two adult male victims suffering from at least one gunshot wound each. Victim #1, Miguel Rojas, was pronounced deceased at the scene. Victim #2 was transported to a local area hospital suffering non-life threatening injuries. The motive or circumstances surrounding the shooting is unknown at this time. No suspects have been identified or apprehended.    

This is the City's 41st homicide of 2016.
