San Jose, CA - On Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at about 4:11 PM, San Jose police officers responded to a report of a suspicious circumstance in San Jose. The 12 year-old female victim reported she was the victim of an indecent exposure and lewd acts in public that occurred between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, in the area of Hedding St., between N. 2nd St. and N. 11th St. in San Jose.

The victim was walking home from school when she encountered the suspect inside his car (shown above) exposing himself and committing lewd acts. The victim provided officers with a description of the suspect and vehicle license plate. A records check revealed the suspect was a registered sex offender.

On Friday, September 22, 2017, the San Jose Police Department's Megan’s Law Team served a search warrant at the suspect's residence in San Jose. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for Indecent exposure with a prior - 341.1 PC (felony), Annoy/Molest a minor with a prior - 647.6 (C)(2) PC (felony), Lewd act in public - 647(a) PC (misdemeanor), Omitting certain information from sex offender registration - 290.018(a) PC (misdemeanor), and Failure to provide DNA within 30 days - 298.1 PC (misdemeanor).
