SJPD Arrests Two Suspects for 8-19-19 Homicide in the 3100 block of Williamsburg Dr.

San Jose, Calif. - On Monday, August 19, 2019, at about 12:23 AM, San Jose police officers responded to a report of gunshots in the area of Williamsburg Dr. and S. Winchester Blvd. in San Jose. Arriving officers located two adult male victims suffering from at least one gunshot wound each. Victim #1, Fernando Andrade, was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased a short time later. Victim #2 was grazed by the gunshot and treated at the scene. 

Follow-up investigation by Homicide detectives led to the identification of the two juvenile suspects. On Wednesday, October 9, 2019, the suspects were taken into custody in San Jose and booked into Juvenile Hall for murder.
